  • We do not require a referral for your participation in our programmes. However, medical clearance from a licensed professional is required in order to start training. We will look after this for you when you submit your intake paperwork. 

  • Absolutely! Our services are designed with you in mind. We have several options for you depending on your situation. Our services include remote coaching, intensives and in-person options with home-programme design.

  • No injury or diagnosis is the same and everybody’s recovery journey will look different. The amount of sessions you need will vary depending on your goals, your injury/diagnosis, your adherence to home exercise plans, among many other factors.

  • We combine principles of kinesiology with activity-based therapy and integrated movement coaching. Our goal is to help you regain function and control in areas affected by paralysis, to improve independence and health. 

  • There is accessible parking available at various locations around the building. There is a parking fee of just €1 for 3 hours parking which can be paid via “text-to-park”. 

  • Your safety is very important to us. Prior to beginning any training with us, we will request clearance from your doctor so that we can provide you with the most appropriate training and challenge you while observing any limitations set forth by our doctor. 

  • Comfortable clothing - not too baggy as we will want to be able to see how your body is moving.

    Your water bottle or preferred drink for hydration.

    Any medications you may need during your time away from home (please note: our staff are not permitted to assist with administering medications).

  • Anyone assisting you is welcome to stay throughout your session. We have made it a priority to provide a comfortable space for them to wait and relax or watch your session. Parslickstown House Cafe is also on-site and is open until 2pm for tea/coffee and lunch.
