  • Hosted through Zoom, you will meet with your coach online for floor/bed-based movement coaching that is designed specifically for you to be able to achieve independently, or with minimal assistance from a helper.

  • 10 in-person sessions over 5 days to revitalize your recovery journey.

    With an emphasis on education and empowerment for self-generated practice, you will finish this intensive with a tailored home workout plan and all the information you need to continue implementing the work at home or with your trainer, as well as a home workout starter kit.

    PLUS: a follow-up session within 90 days of your intensive.
